We know that Mailocator is a comprehensive and sometimes complex tool. Our goal is to make working with it as comfortable as possible without compromising on configuration options. On the contrary, we want to maintain and further develop the level of control and detail that makes Mailocator one of the top tools for effective campaigns.
The goal of the new update in January 2026 is to make Mailocator accessible to a wider range of users while maintaining – and further developing – the advanced features that make it one of the most advanced tools in its category.
What's new in Mailocator from January 2026
All these new features are available when using snippet version 6.0 and higher.
1. Unlimited number of triggers for a single campaign
One of the biggest changes is the ability to assign an unlimited number of triggers to a single campaign. It is no longer necessary to create several separate campaigns in a scenario just because you want to respond to different types of behavior or intent.
One campaign can now combine multiple triggers – such as exit intent, scroll, idle time, or other behavioral signals. The result is a clearer scenario, less duplication, and significantly faster management. The settings are more logical, and campaigns are easier to maintain in the long term.
2. Browse-Burst: proprietary technology replacing exit intent
We have added our proprietary Browse-Burst technology to traditional exit intent. It does not work with a single signal, but can combine and analyze a whole series of user behaviors over time.
Browse-Burst works reliably on all types of devices, including touchscreen devices, where classic exit intent often fails. It monitors changes in behavior, quick transitions between pages, or patterns typical of the decision-making phase. This allows it to respond when it really makes sense – without aggressive or random campaign displays.
3. AI-driven project analysis
Another new feature is AI-driven project analysis. It continuously checks settings and alerts you to:
errors in configuration and settings
early warnings of incidents with explanations and ways to prevent them
potential conflicts between triggers and filters
risks that may only become apparent in the future
For each point, you will always find quick corrective action and links to detailed explanations, giving you an immediate overview and a quick path to a solution.
4. Modernized configuration of campaigns, triggers, and filters
The entire interface for working with campaigns has undergone a significant modernization. It now offers:
a clearer structure
contextual help directly for individual options
immediate connection to documentation and technical support without having to leave the application
All functions are described in detail – including their meaning, impact, and recommended best practices. This makes Mailocator easier to understand even in more complex scenarios and reduces the risk of incorrect settings.
5. Campaign archive for better overview and performance
With performance and clarity in mind, a campaign archive has been added. Unused or historical campaigns can be moved out of the active scenario without having to delete them.
This makes scenarios clearer and the system only works with active campaigns, which contributes to faster responses and overall higher performance.
6. Improved technical support directly in the application
The update also includes expanded technical support:
Ticket history in one place
Full-text search in documentation
Direct access to a blog with tips and tutorials
Everything is available directly from the application, without the need to switch between different tools. Troubleshooting and training are now faster and more convenient.
7. Statistics directly in the scenario
Campaign performance is now available directly in the scenario. For all running campaigns, you can see:
number of views
number of conversions,
in the case of A/B testing, convenient switching between variants
This means you don't have to switch to separate overviews and can quickly evaluate what works and what needs to be adjusted.
